 My Spirituality: a listening and sharing circle - with Tim Pickles
How do we each experience our spirituality? How do we ‘know’ God / Tao / Mystery / Allah/ Divine / Spirit in our lives? When am I certain? What do I doubt? What is my ‘faith’? How does this relate – or not – to my sexuality? What am I... looking for?
We will hold an open circle of respectful and affirming listening in which you are invited to share some of your answers, your questions and your doubts. This is a space for listening - not debating, nor problem-solving – we seek to be heard in our individual and collective experiences, and learn from the rich wisdom of the other men and women in the circle. We welcome enquiring participants of any faith and any tradition and those with no beliefs.
Tim Pickles
Tim has around 30 years experience of running group events, training courses, workshops, retreats, conferences, etc, both in his professional career as a youth worker, trainer and consultant, and in the last ten years as a leader of gay men’s events and weeks, a retreat leader, spiritual mentor, and minister.
