This session will allow participants to experience Mindfulness Meditation. It will include both sitting meditation and Mindful Movement. Depending on participants’ needs, it could be focussed towards meditation for depression and stress - or could be a general experience...
Shubha will teach a mindfulness meditation practice.
Shubha Shubha is a T’ai Chi and mindfulness instructor. She has been practising T’ai Chi for more than a decade and teaching it for the last year.
Shubha has a Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University which includes modules in the practice and teaching of sitting meditation and mindful movement. She is an experienced meditation teacher of more than a decade and has led several courses in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for the prevention of relapse into depression.
