This afternoon at Bonnington Cafe in Vauxhall, London 18 people got together for a visioning session and initial planning for LoveSpirit 2012. We shared our dreams and vision from our hearts about what we wanted for the next event and started talking about how to realise these plans. Much attention was paid to the incredible amount of feedback, praise and suggestions we received from the inaugural gathering this past September.

On September 24th 2011 a hundred and eighty LGBTIQ people came together to celebrate the wonderful forms of spirituality alive and well in our diverse queer community. We shared our spiritual stories, met new people, explored how sexuality & gender informs our different spiritual perspectives and took new steps as we move towards 2012 and a greater understanding of the spiritual.

Our group of elders, we call the Queer Steer, loaned the £2000 to kickstart the LoveSpirit Gathering. In the spirit of community, we are looking for contributions now, that will enable us to create LoveSpirit 2012.
